EveryEvents exists to make events easier to plan and easier to promote. Many organisers are volunteers, church workers, students, small business owners or friends planning a celebration. They have good ideas but little time, so they need tools and advice that are simple, clear and free.
What we offer
MakeDP
MakeDP is our event DP maker. An organiser uploads a flyer, marks where the photo and name should appear, and shares one link. Each guest adds a photo and a name and downloads a personal “I will be attending” DP to post on social media. Guests do not need an account, and their photos stay on their own device.
Event guides
Our guides explain, in plain language, how to design a flyer, choose a venue, hire vendors, plan a budget and promote an event on WhatsApp. Each guide is written to be practical, and we update them when we find something better.
How we work
- Simple first. If a step needs an explanation, we rewrite it until it does not.
- Respect for privacy. We collect as little as we can. Read our Privacy policy.
- Honest and free to start. Our tools are free to use. In the future we may show advertising to cover our costs, and we will always label it clearly and keep it separate from our guides’ advice.
What comes next
We plan to add more tools for organisers, such as a way to find event centers and a way to find trusted event professionals. We will announce them here when they are ready.
