Using the site
You may use EveryEvents for lawful purposes only. You must not try to break, overload or misuse the site, or interfere with other people’s use of it.
Accounts
Organisers create an account to save projects. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Your content
When you upload a flyer or write a project description, you keep the ownership of your content. You give us permission to store it and to show it to people who open your project link, because that is how the service works.
You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.
What you must not upload
- Content that is illegal, hateful, threatening or harassing.
- Adult or sexually explicit material.
- Content that promotes violence, scams, fake giveaways or misleading offers.
- Images or text that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Personal information about other people without their permission.
- Malware or anything intended to harm other people’s devices.
Guests’ photos
Guests’ photos and names are used in the browser to make a DP and are not uploaded to us. Guests are responsible for choosing photos they have the right to use.
Reporting and removal
Anyone can report a project through the report page. We may review, hide or delete projects that break these terms, and we may close accounts that repeatedly do so, with or without notice.
Our content
The guides, design and code of EveryEvents belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages. Please do not copy our guides in full without permission.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. Our guides are for general information and are not professional legal, financial or safety advice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
